This translates to There’s two—a man and a woman. The bit that was interesting here to me was a smock is what a girl wears(stereotypically)  and a shirt is what a boy wears(stereotypically) and it seemed odd to name someone after there clothing type. Like you don’t walk up to a boy and call him shorts. Or a girl and say hi Skirt.
